How can I redeem this offer?
  1. Login to your account
  2. Add the product(s) to your shopping basket
  3. Type in SANTASALE
  4. Click 'Apply'
  5. Click 'Continue to Checkout'
I just placed an order with these products! Can you retrospectively apply this promo to my order? We are unable to apply a promotion retrospectively to an order (as our system does not have this functionality). This offer is only available for orders placed from December 1st-12th with the promo code above (while stock lasts).
Can I use this offer on multiples of one product (e.g. 20% off 2 Sexy Berry Blushes in basket)? No, to ensure all of our members have equal access, you can get 20% off each product, but only once each.
Can I get 20% off all of the products above? Yes, as long as you add the product(s) to your basket as well as the code SANTASALE. 
I have entered the promo code at checkout, but the discount is not working. HELP!

  4. Ensure you have not redeemed this offer on another order 
Can I use this offer if I am not a member/used to be a member?  No, this offer is only available for active members. 
Can I use this offer on my first order as a member (with my membership/ Free Trial in basket)? No, please checkout with your membership first. Once you have an active membership, you can redeem this offer. 
Can I use this offer on multiple orders with different products? 

Yes, you can use this offer on multiple orders, but there is a limit of one discount/ product. 
Is there a minimum threshold for this order? 

No, all you need to do is add the product and the code SANTASALE to your basket to get the 20% off.
