Some things to double check if you're having trouble redeeming your welcome gift:
- Are you signed in to your account?
- Make sure you're signed in to view your Member Benefits. You can sign in HERE
- Is the benefit available and activated in your Member Benefits page of your profile? Any benefits that you are currently eligible for will appear in your Member Benefits page. Some benefits, such as the welcome gift, need to be activated to be redeemed.
Not activated: Activated:
- Is it expired? Once activated, you will see the gift selector in your basket. You will need to checkout within 30 days of your annual membership purchase. You can view the expiration date on the bottom of the benefit, as seen in the screenshot above.
