When you place an order (and it is being delivered by EVRI), you have a limited window of time to redirect it to a secure locker for pickup. This option is available from the moment your order is shipped until it's assigned to a delivery driver.
To redirect, simply use the tracking link provided in your dispatch email from BEAUTY PIE and choose the locker option. Once your order is ready for collection, you'll receive an email with a QR code. Take this code to the locker and scan it to open the locker and retrieve your package.
Troubleshooting: Missing QR Code
If you haven't received your QR code, here's what to do:

Check your email: Please make sure to check your spam or junk folder to see if the QR code has been sent, but has landed in a different inbox. If you can't find it, then please double check your email address on your BEAUTY PIE account to make sure this is correct, without any errors. If the email address is incorrect, please let us know so we can investigate and update your account via this contact form, to help make sure you get the QR code for future order locker diversions: http://beautypie.com/contact

Visit the locker: If you've not received the QR code, there is an alternative way to collect your parcel. You will need to go to the locker location. Once arrived, press the 'Get Help' button on the screen by the lockers. This button is orange and has a question mark icon and can be found on the top right hand side of the screen. This will provide a phone number for you to call for assistance. The locker team will ask you a few security questions to verify your identity, and then they will be able to remotely open the locker door for you so you can collect your package.
