When you place an order (and it is being delivered by EVRI), you have a limited window of time to redirect it to a Parcel Shop for pickup. This option is available from the moment your order is shipped until it's assigned to a delivery driver. You can make this change to direct to a Parcel Shop by going into the EVRI tracking link, which will be shared in your dispatch email from BEAUTY PIE.
Once the order arrives at your chosen Parcel Shop, you will need to bring the EVRI Tracking Reference number (found on the tracking link), as well as your Photo ID for security purposes, in order to collect your BEAUTY PIE order. This is all that is required for collection, no QR codes will be required.
