Troubleshooting: 

We're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your LED device. To help you quickly resolve your query, please first try these troubleshooting tips. 

*Older Device? Purchased before February 2024? Please contact us HERE for assistance. 

System not turning on or turning off after a short period:

  1. The controller's three blue lights should illuminate continuously when fully charged. If only one light is flashing, the controller needs charging (which can take up to 8-10 hours). While it is charging it may have one solid and one blinking light. It will have 3 solid blue lights when it is fully charged.
  2. Is the system unplugged from the wall mains? *IMPORTANT: The system will not work while charging. 

  System is not charging:

  1. Is the USB charging cord firmly inserted into the device? You should hear a “click” when it is in place. 
    1. Does the power indicator light blink when plugged in? (1 light blinking indicates it is empty and needs to be charged. While it is charging it may have one solid and one blinking light. It will have 3 solid blue lights when it is fully charged.)

  1. For full charging instructions, view page 11 of the user manual. 
  2. A full charge from a depleted state may take up to 8 hours, but this can vary significantly depending on battery age and other factors. As with any electronic device containing a battery, you may notice changes in your mask’s charging time over time.

Treatment time: 

  1. Each LED mask treatment should last between 9.5 and 10.5 minutes; however, this may vary depending on the age of the mask. 

Mask doesn’t fit quite right? 

Here's a quick tip which may help:

Try using the larger strap to sit on top of your head, almost like a headband! This helps keep the mask secure and in place. Use the smaller strap to wrap around the back of your head, holding the mask close to the face as shown below: 

This combination can provide a comfortable and effective fit. Please feel free to adjust both straps a bit until you find what feels best for you
