You can return unopened products in the same hygienic, resalable condition that you’ve received from us for a refund of the products and your membership fee. (Please note, we do not cover the cost of returns.) You can contact our Member Happiness team HERE for a return authorization.
Unfortunately, if you’ve already used the products or if they are no longer in a resalable condition, we can still cancel your membership for you but then we will deduct from your refund the difference between the Members Price and the Typical Price of those products.
If you’ve already used the products from your order, want to cancel our membership and DON’T want to be charged the non-members retail prices, your best bet is to continue your membership through the 3-month minimum term (which equates to three-months worth of membership fees). Most people save more than an annual membership on their first order, so we’d advise sticking with the three-month minimum, to avoid paying full retail for your products.
