Some things to double check if your code isn't working:
- Does the promotion you are trying to apply have a basket threshold? Does your basket subtotal (before shipping) reach this threshold?
- Have you already redeemed this promotion? As most of our promotions have a limit of one use per customer (this applies to automatic and code based promotions).
- Have you redeemed any other promotions or codes on your current order? As most promotions cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions.
- Is the promotion you are trying to redeem for your member base? As some promotions are intended for members while other are for nonmembers who are joining.
- Is the promotion still valid?
