Annual Memberships - If you’re on an annual membership, and outside of the initial 14-day cooling off period, we can cancel your auto-renewal at any time, no further membership payments will be taken and your membership will expire at the end of its current term.
Monthly Memberships - If you have not yet placed any product orders, you may cancel your membership within 14 days of purchase, you’ll be refunded any membership fee paid, and your membership will be terminated. Post 14-day cooling off period, monthly memberships have a 3-month minimum term. After your third-month membership payment has been successfully taken, you’re able to cancel your plan at any time. Please note: If you have previously signed up for and cancelled a monthly membership inside of the 3-month minimum, we will be unable to allow this a second time.
Free Trial - If you're on a free trial, contact us at any time within your trial and we'll be able to cancel your auto renew. If you fail to do this and roll into the £59 Plus membership, you can contact us with 14 days within the cooling off period and we will cancel your account and refund the £59.
