We're really sorry to hear that you did not wish for your membership to renew, and for any concern caused. All of our memberships automatically renew unless a cancellation is requested ahead of the renewal.
If you are in the 14-day cooling-off period post renewal and you cancel your membership in the 'Membership and Billing' section of your account, you’ll be refunded any membership fee paid, your membership will be terminated, and we will reach out via email confirming your refund has been actioned.

You can return your order in the same hygienic, resalable condition that you’ve received from us for a refund of the products and your membership fee. (Please note, we do not cover the cost of returns.) You can contact our Member Happiness team HERE for a return authorization.
If you’ve already used the products, if they are no longer in a resalable condition, or if they are not returned to us, you may be eligible for a partial refund of your membership fee based on your use of your Beauty Pie membership benefits during that time. If no refund is due after this fee is charged, we can still cancel the auto-renewal on your membership so that you are not charged for a second months/ years subscription fee, and you can continue to use the membership until the end of its term.
