We are sorry to hear the address on your order is incorrect or the address is missing information. To deliver our BEAUTY PIE members their pink boxes as quickly as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received in our warehouse, as such we cannot update/ change addresses or cancel orders.
If you need to change your delivery address, please try chatting Member Happiness straight away and we may be able to catch this before it reaches the warehouse system - however please note that this is not guaranteed. When we're online, you can chat with us via the bottom right-hand corner widget.
If your order has already been dispatched, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to update your address. Please be advised, this is not always guaranteed and if the parcel is undeliverable, it will be returned to us. For us to be able to re-send the order to you, you will need to contact us HERE to arrange redelivery, as we do not receive notifications from the delivery service.
